Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for what may and may not be requested, offered, or carried out through iRana.

General principle
iRana may be used only for lawful, safe, and accurately described tasks. Users must not use the platform in ways that endanger people, property, or the integrity of the service.
Prohibited goods and services
- Illegal goods, stolen goods, or counterfeit goods.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous materials.
- Illegal drugs or unlawful controlled substances.
- Requests involving harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse.
- Tasks that require impersonation, deception, or unlawful access.
- Unsafe errands that create unreasonable risk to customers, runners, merchants, or the public.
Platform misuse
- Submitting fake task requests, false verification documents, or misleading account information.
- Attempting to defraud other users or manipulate pricing, settlement, or payouts.
- Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, chargeback abuse, or payment circumvention.
- Uploading malicious content, spam, or abusive messages.
User responsibilities
- Customers must describe tasks honestly and provide correct addresses and contact information.
- Runners must complete accepted tasks as described and comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
- Merchants must provide accurate business and settlement details.
- All users must cooperate in verification, support, and dispute review processes when requested.
Enforcement
iRana may remove content, cancel tasks, suspend payments, restrict platform access, or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy. We may also report serious violations to relevant authorities where required.
